Horse boarding facility near Your City, Your State

Horse Boarding Options Near Your City

Finding the right boarding facility for your horse is one of the most important decisions you will make as an owner. The facility needs to provide quality care, safe turnout, and amenities that match your riding goals. In the Your City area, Demo Business has built a reputation as a facility that treats every horse like family while maintaining professional standards.

Located on 85 acres of rolling pasture and wooded trails, Demo Business offers boarding plans to fit every need and budget, from full-service stall board to pasture-only arrangements and training programs.

Board Types and Pricing

Demo Business offers five core boarding options. Full Board ($1,200/month) is the most popular choice, providing a stall in one of our two barns, daily turnout in compatible groups, three hay feedings and two grain feedings daily, stall cleaning, and blanketing when needed. It is a hands-off option for owners who want their horse fully cared for.

Pasture Board ($650/month) is ideal for horses that thrive outdoors. Horses live in one of our six paddocks with run-in shelter, fresh water, and hay provided. Self-Care Board ($450/month) provides a stall for owners who prefer to handle daily feeding and cleaning on their own schedule.

  • Full Board: $1,200/month, includes stall, feed, turnout, cleaning
  • Pasture Board: $650/month, turnout with shelter and hay
  • Self-Care Board: $450/month, stall provided, owner manages care
  • Training Board: $1,800/month, includes full board + daily training
  • Retirement Board: $750/month, gentle care for senior horses
  • Short-Term Layover: $50/night, for horses in transit

Facility Amenities

The property features two well-maintained barns: a 24-stall main barn and a 12-stall east barn. Both feature rubber mat stalls, individual feed plans, and good ventilation. The indoor arena (120 x 60 feet with sand/rubber footing) allows year-round riding regardless of weather, while the outdoor arenas provide plenty of space for flat work, jumping, and training.

Boarders have access to 12+ miles of maintained trails across three routes of varying terrain and difficulty. A wash bay, tack rooms, and dedicated trailer parking with 8 spots round out the amenities. The facility also coordinates regular farrier visits on a 6-8 week cycle and handles routine veterinary coordination.

What to Look for in a Boarding Facility

When evaluating boarding facilities near Your City, there are several factors that matter beyond the monthly rate. The quality and consistency of feed is critical: does the barn provide quality hay three times daily, and can they accommodate custom grain and supplement programs? Turnout policy matters too: how many hours of turnout does your horse get, and are horses grouped by temperament?

Safety and maintenance standards are equally important. Well-fenced paddocks, properly maintained footing in arenas, and a clean barn environment signal a facility that takes care seriously. Staff experience and the staff-to-horse ratio tell you how much attention your horse will receive daily. At Demo Business, the barn team knows every horse by name and monitors each animal's behavior, appetite, and well-being throughout the day.

Making the Move

Transitioning your horse to a new boarding facility should be a gradual process. Demo Business works with new boarders to schedule a visit and barn tour before committing, then coordinates move-in timing to introduce your horse to compatible turnout groups. Current Coggins and vaccination records must be provided at move-in.

The boarding contract covers feeding, turnout, emergency vet authorization, and facility policies. Boarders and their approved guests are welcome during barn hours (8 AM-7 PM), and after-hours access can be arranged. Boarders may ride in the arenas during open hours and on the trails with a signed trail waiver.
